A chain is only as strong as its weakest link.

A chain is only as strong as its weakest link.

But on identifying this link what do we do? In terms of an actual chain it’s easy, we get rid of the link, but what about people. Do we eliminate them too?
Would it be right to eliminate a person just because he or she is not strong enough, is there some thing or some one suppressing us, or is there a struggle for survival so great that strength is necessary
We are only as strong as the challenges we overcome. So if no challenges choose to come before us how do we gain strength?
There is strength in numbers.

Rhythm is essential to life like the beat of a tribal drum.
A colony of ants, a school of fish, your heart and pulse, two children on a seesaw. What if they lacked rhythm, this synchronization, this unity, then they are overcome by whatever challenges we face. Weather it be having fun on a seesaw or staying alive.

Unity is strength
True, but only effective with rhythm. We gain strength by the challenges we face and not by suppressing the weak. We must stand against the challenges that face us or be like the chain.

What ever shall we do with the weak link?
